THIS IS FOR ENTERING THE WHOLE JUNIOR DUATHLON SERIES ONLY

Enter the series and get each event 25% cheaper!

Event Overview: –

• An off-road duathlon for all abilities in the heart of Thetford Forest
• Suitable for those 5+
• Age categories (5-8, 7-9 and 10-13 (Please contact us if younger/older – we will try to accommodate where possible)
• No time cut-off

Location: – 

High Lodge, Brandon, Thetford, Norfolk, IP27 0AF

The Course (Depending on age category): – 

• Run – 330m traffic-free route (mixed surfaces including grass and gravel).
• Bike – 750m to 2.25km depending on age group in traffic free route (mixed surface but not technical)
• Run – A repeat of the first run

Key Times: – 

• 12:00pm: Registration
• 12:25pm: Event briefing
  12:30pm: Event starts (Each age group usually have their own start if numbers allow)
• 13:30pm – All events usually finished

What do I need?

• A helmet (Required)
• A suitable bike in good working order with off-road tyres (No tribars)
• Run shoes (and optionally bike shoes)
• A trisuit or sports kit you can run and cycle in
• Number belt (Optional)
• Water/refreshments
• Warm kit for afterwards

Parking: – 

• Discounted parking available at £4.00/day
• QR code will be available at event registration desk on the day

Prizes: – 

• None as its just for fun but you can work towards the series award by participating regularly!

Results: –

• Finish times will be posted on our website in the Results section post event

Refunds and transfers: – 

• To keep entry fees low, we do not offer refunds of transfers for these events.
