We offer a range of multi-sport events and other activities within Norfolk and Suffolk. Our events are suitable for complete novices through to World champions, but are small and friendly. 

Our aim to offer high quality, fun and low-cost events that everyone can enjoy regardless of age or ability...come and join us!

The course is all set up and ready for tomorrow’s Enduro Duathlon at High Lodge. It’s looking good and much drier than when we did our course recce on Monday, so should be fun.
