We offer a range of multi-sport events and other activities within Norfolk and Suffolk. Our events are suitable for complete novices through to World champions, but are small and friendly.
Our aim to offer high quality, fun and low-cost events that everyone can enjoy regardless of age or ability...come and join us!

Our next event is on Monday when we will be back in Stradbroke for a multisport Monday Duathlon.
Come and join us it’s just £5 and will be loads of fun.
As it’s bank holiday, we won’t have access to any facilities for changing toilets or showering etc.
