We offer a range of multi-sport events and other activities within Norfolk and Suffolk. Our events are suitable for complete novices through to World champions, but are small and friendly.
Our aim to offer high quality, fun and low-cost events that everyone can enjoy regardless of age or ability...come and join us!

We are unfortunately cancelling tomorrow’s multi-sport Monday! event in Stradbroke.
We originally switched from a triathlon to a Duathlon as the pool is out of action. However a section of the adult bike course has also just had fresh chipping sprinkled on it and may not be safe. With only one junior entry it seems it wasn’t to be this month!
