We offer a range of multi-sport events and other activities within Norfolk and Suffolk. Our events are suitable for complete novices through to World champions, but are small and friendly.

Our aim to offer high quality, fun and low-cost events that everyone can enjoy regardless of age or ability...come and join us!

What a day – I did the triathlon in Stradbroke and my kids both did the swim-run event which they absolutely loved. They are already asking if they can do it again next year!

Multi-Sport Monday is such a good thing for both children and the adults – that’s why we keep coming back

The duathlon series is such a lot of fun! If I can do it anyone can and everyone was so supportive
