Spring Enduro Duathlon (07/02/2027)

Description

Event Overview: –

• 3 hours to complete as many laps of run-bike-run as possible before time runs out
• You are allowed to finish the lap you are on if you crossed the start/finish line before the 3 hours is up
• All solo and teams must complete laps in the sequence or run, bike, run, bike, run etc.
• For team, only one person can be on course at any time but you can share the work how you like as long as only one of you is on course at any time and you follow the lap sequence
• You can take a break and restart when ready
• You can stop when you want and still get a finish position
• Solo or team of 2 options
• If entering a team, both participants must sign up individually
• Age 18+

Location: – 

High Lodge, Brandon, Thetford, Norfolk, IP27 0AF

The Course: – 

• Run loop – 2.8km traffic-free route (mixed surfaces including grass, gravel, mud, sand)
• Bike loop – 8.5km traffic free route (mixed surface, includes sections of the fun Beater trail single track)

Key Times: – 

• 09:00am: Registration
• 09:45am: Event briefing
  10:00am: Event starts (Promptly!)

What do I need?

• A helmet (Required)
• A suitable bike in good working order with off-road tyres (No tribars)
• Run shoes (and optionally bike shoes)
• A trisuit or sports kit you can run and cycle in
• Number belt (Optional)
• Water/refreshments – we will provide additional water/snacks for this event
• Warm kit for afterwards

Prizes: – 

• 1st, 2nd & 3rd place Open (Male) and Female
• 1st place Male team
• 1st lace Female team
• 1st place Mixed team

Results: –

• Provisional results will be available shortly after the person finishes
• Full results posted on our website in the Results section post event

Entries Close: – 

Entries shut one week before the event (31st January 2027)

Refunds and transfers: – 

• To keep entry fees low, we do not offer refunds of transfers for this event

Parking: – 

• Discounted parking available at £4.00/day
• QR code will be available at event registration desk on the day
