We offer a range of multi-sport events and other activities within Norfolk and Suffolk. Our events are suitable for complete novices through to World champions, but are small and friendly.
Our aim to offer high quality, fun and low-cost events that everyone can enjoy regardless of age or ability...come and join us!

Great news - our Multi-Sport Monday! fun events will continue for another 12 months thanks to funding from British Triathlon's SWIM BIKE RUN scheme.
We will offer a range of activities starting with an aquabike on 27th April, with duathlon, triathlon and aquathlon too.
Events are for both adults and juniors and are just £5.00.
We will usually have an aquathlon option most months (not 4th May), so if you don't have a bike you can still come along for a swim-run.
