Event Details

Our junior aquathlon is a fun and friendly event for children aged 8-16 consisting of a short pool swim and a run around the playing fields next to the leisure centre.

Distances and prices vary depending on age at 31st December in the same year as the event: -

Tristart (8 year olds): 40m swim / 500m run (£5.00)

Tristar 1 (9-10 year olds):120m swim / 1.5km run (£13.00).

Tristar 2 (11-12 year olds): 160m swim / 2km run (£13.00).

Tristar 3 (13-14 year olds): 160m swim / 2km run (£13.00).

Youth (15-16 year olds): 160m swim / 2km run (£13.00).

Please note: A day member ship fee of £1 (£6 Youth) will need to be paid on entry for non-BTF members. For those with race licenses these will be checked at registration and if a valid license can be produced an additional day fee will be charged.

There will be medals for all finishers and prizes for the top 3 in each age group.

Final race information will be emailed to entrants one week before the event. This will also be posted in the documents section to the left of this page and on our facebook page.
