Adult Duathlon Series Event 1

Description

Event Overview: –

• Off-road duathlon held in the heart of Thetford Forest
• Age 15+ and all abilities welcome

The Course: – 

• 2.3km run / 7.25km bike / 2.3km run
• The route is not technical using a mix of gravel, grass and mud tracks
• There are some tree roots and uneven sections.
• It can be a little muddy in places after rain

Key Times: – 

• 09:15am: Registration
  10:00am: Event starts

Prizes: – 

• None as its just for fun but why not work towards your series award by participating in 5/8 events?

• • Published on our website post-event

What do I need?

• A helmet
• A suitable bike for off-road riding (no Tri-bars allowed)
• Run shoes (and optionally bike shoes)
• A trisuit or sports kit you can run and cycle in
• Number belt (Optional)
• Water/refreshments
• Warm kit for afterwards

• To keep entry fees low, we do not offer refunds of transfers for these events.
