Our summer series is held in the stunning location of High Lodge, Thetford Forest. There's events for both adults and children!
We are using a different course to the Winter Series. For the adults the off-road route consists of a 2.4km run, 7.5km bike and a second 2.4km run on well maintained trails and will be signed with marshals at key locations.
For younger participants distances depend on age but will be held using a lapped course keeping in sight of marshals at all times.
Finish times will be recorded so you can track your progress during the series.
